ESTUDIO CON OLIGOSCAN  El nivel de metales pesados esta alto, pero predomina el mercurio.  FISIOPATOLOGIA 1. En animales de experimentación, tanto el mercurio organico como el inórganico, produce una disminución de la síntesis de hormonas tiroideas así como la conversión de T4 a T3. ( Kawada J., y cols. 1990 .). En un estudio entre 1109 adolescentes y 4409 adultos.La concentración de Hg en sangre fue inversamente relacionada con TT4, TT3 y FT3. ( Chen A., y cols. 2013.). 2. La deficiencia de yodo se caracteriza por bocio, deficiencia preferente de síntesis y secreción de T3 en tiroides, hipotiroxinemia en plasma y tejidos, normal o bajo T3 en plasma y aumento de TSH en plasma. Dietas bajas en Yodo producen T4 y T3 baja en tiroides, plasma y tejidos. La deficiencia de yodo, produce cambios en la actividad de las deiodinasas (Lavado-Autric R. y cols. 2013). La administración de Yoduro Potásico 1 mg / kg / 24 h, en animales de experimentación, no causa la modificación del nivel de hormonas tiroideas, pero conduce a una modificación reversible de la expresión de genes implicados en la síntesis y secreción de hormonas tiroideas. ( Lebsir D., y cols. 2018.). 3. Las concentraciones de T3, en el gallo en plasma se incrementaron después del tratamiento con cloruro de magnesio.
